Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. During high-volume seasons processing times may be slightly longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, package size, and destination. We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary.

Local Pickup
Local pickup in Wilmington, DE is available for select products and will be shown at checkout when applicable. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the rate and delivery speed selected at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control. If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to help guide you through the process, but we cannot refund lost or stolen packages.

Shipping to the Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly at checkout.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@coastalalchemy.co within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will replace defective items according to our Refund Policy.

Holiday Shipping
During the holiday season, please allow extra time for processing and shipping, as carriers often experience delays.
